ABOUT TD-Vertical


This level was created for my advanced level design class. The objective was to create a platformer level that utilized good pacing and difficulty progression. Although the map does not stick with the initial cartoon-esque art style that the Toon Doom Mod went with, its unique and new visuals work well with the platformer.

The map itself was a spin off of an unfinished UT3 map I created with visuals similar to the Mirror’s Edge DLC, so bringing the style back and using it to create a platformer level seemed appropriate.
